The HOA's requirements on approval of any architectural and/or aesthetic changes are based upon one goal: maintaining and growing all of our property values!

As outlined in the governing documents, all major changes (i.e. fences, new landscape beds, tree plantings, etc.) to a property must be approved in advance by the Board's Architectural Change Committee.  

Architectural Change (ARC) requests can now be submitted online using Omni's Caliber portal.  To make the process more efficient and effective, the Red Fox HOA Board aims to push all ARC requests through the online portal.
